Biography

Pascale Lamb is an expert in EIOPA’s Digital Finance Unit since May 2024. Pascale has over ten years of experience working in insurance and financial regulation.  Before joining EIOPA, Pascale worked at the Access to Insurance Initiative (A2ii) where she led on digitalisation and co-ordinated the A2ii’s activities in the MENA region. Prior to the A2ii, Pascale worked at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority as a Technical Specialist focusing on global financial regulation leading on digitalisation, sustainability and financial stability. She has also worked for the UNFCCC and for the insurance industry on conduct issues related to EU policy, NatCat risks and climate change. After graduating from the University of Manchester, she started her career in banking before working at the European Parliament on the EU’s post crisis financial reforms.
